Orders placed Monday through Friday by 11:00am ET (excluding holidays) are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 11:00am ET or holidays are shipped the next business day.

You may be responsible for import duties and taxes on your international order. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return within 2 weeks (14 days) of receipt. Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment, or as credit. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Items must be returned in unworn, unwashed and unaltered condition with all original tags attached. Shoes must be returned with the original undamaged shoe box.
In order to initiate a return within the United States, please follow the steps below for a seamless returns process:
- Fill out the included returns form with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Package your return in a safe box or shipping bag as to not damage on return shipping.
- Drop off your package at the nearest location of your preferred carrier. Please make note of your tracking number so that you are able to track it on its way back to us.
- You will receive an email once your return has been processed. Please allow 14 business days from the time your package arrives back to us for a refund to be issued.

International orders may be returned using the method of your choice. We recommend using a trackable and insured service. Make sure to include the returns form included in your package, and mail to the address below:

If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest that you place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase, this will ensure that your exchanged items are in stock. You are then welcome to return your original order for a full refund. Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item and send you an email. To ensure quick and easy international exchanges, please reach out to our Customer Service Department before placing your new order at firstname.lastname@example.org.

You will receive an order confirmation email and a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number once your order is processed. You can always check the status of your order by clicking on My Account in the navigation bar and signing in.
SOMEWHERE Online Gift Cards can be purchased and emailed to your friends and family. These are available in varying amounts and can be found on our site. Online Gift Cards are only redeemable online and cannot be used for purchases at our store.
To use your SOMEWHERE Online Gift Card you must be logged in to your account. Enter your code into the "Gift Card" section at checkout. Once you enter your code the Gift Card amount will be applied to your order.
Discount codes may not be combined with other discount offers or promotions. Offer may not be applied to previous purchases, gift cards, shipping fees, or taxes. Discount will be applied before shipping, handling, and tax charges. Some exclusions may apply.
