Returns/Exchanges
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return within 1 week (7 days) of receipt. Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment, or as credit. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Items must be returned in unworn, unwashed and unaltered condition with all original tags attached. Shoes must be returned with the original undamaged shoe box.
* No refunds or exchanges on the following items: sale items, orders placed using a discount code, Limited Releases (quickstrike, special releases, collaborations or product marked limited on the product page). In these cases, all sales are final.
Domestic Returns (USA)
In order to initiate a return within the United States, please follow the steps below for a seamless returns process:
- Email online@somewhereofficial.com from your orders same email address with the subject containing your order number, reason for return, and the items you are returning.
- Package your return in a safe box or shipping bag as to not damage on return shipping.
- Drop off your package at the nearest location of your preferred carrier. Please make note of your tracking number so that you are able to track it on its way back to us.
- You will receive an email once your return has been processed. Please allow 7 business days from the time your package arrives back to us for a refund to be issued.
