Hailing from the UK, Dr. Martens hoped to create the best workwear boots of the time. Years later the working mans shoe was adopted by the early UK punk rock scene in the mid 70's. Now the brand has emerged in the fashion realm, becoming a necessity with youth culture of all different backgrounds. Dr. Martens has partnered with the Japanese upcycling brand, Needles, for another collaboration boot. The Japanese brand revisits Dr. Martens archive/history of workwear and brings a rebellious spin to the classic 2976 Chelsea Boot Silhouette.
