Founded in 2013 by husband and wife duo Saeed and Katy Al-Rubeyi, their mission was to bring more authentic, fulfilling, and sustainable pieces to the fashion landscape. Working with a plethora of dyers, weavers, embroiderers, and tailors around the world to produce all of their pieces from literal scratch, using any bit of fabric left into these renowned 1/1 pieces, they aim to bridge the gap between keeping these handmade cultural artistic practices well alive while also providing many individuals with fair-living means and keeping the earth clean in the process.
