Inspired by his love and admiration of American made product and film, the label explores the juxtapositions of American and Japanese shapes and fabrics. Needles was conceived in 1988, Rebuild by Needles in 2012 and all garments are produced in Japan. Needles Sportswear features classic sportswears silhouettes and is most well known for its famous tracksuit. Rebuild by Needles reworks vintage apparel by sewing them together into new pieces. All of these pieces are one of a kind as each one is uniquely different. The brand is most well known for its 7 cut flannels and ribbon flannels. Inspiration from the brand can be found from films, actors, musicians and arts.
